What kind of cuisine do we serve at our special dinners?  Some of our patrons have started calling it Nouveau American.  Whatever the label, we try to emphasis that Walhill Farm is about great food, drink, and friends! Our special dinner menu changes changes with the season.  Besides our garden-fresh produce one might find an appealing assortment of steaks (beef, buffalo or elk), chicken, fish, rabbit, duck, soups, salads, sandwiches or pastas. Almost everything is made from scratch in Walhill Farm’s kitchen, from the beef stock for our signature homemade soups, to our cured meats, house made sausages, and fresh-baked breads.

In addition to being known for our gourmet food, The Lodge at Walhill Farm is known for its ambience.  There’s an eclectic atmosphere that is unique, not to be duplicated. Now, make your sensory adventure complete by adding music. Walhill Farm features assorted musical artists from the tri-state area every at every special dinner.  When the weather is right, we feature music under the outdoor terrace’s gazebo.
