Walhill Farm’s 11,000 sq ft “Sulky Lodge” started as a chicken coop. During the early 1960s the chicken coop was transformed and expanded to include ample living space. The White Stallion Dining Room, the Hex Bar, and the "Be A Good Sport" Billiards Room were added, along with a theater room and play room, which today serves as a meeting room.

The Lodge can accommodate up to 100 guests for a function.
